Try refreshing the page first, then try a different browser (Chrome and Safari work best). If you're on a corporate network or VPN, that can sometimes block video CDNs — try switching to your home or mobile network. The video lessons stream from our hosting and aren't downloadable, but every lesson has downloadable resources (templates, checklists, prompts) attached underneath the video. You can come back to watch any lesson as many times as you want.

Check your spam/promotions folder. Add support@scalepdf.com to your contacts so future emails skip filtering. If you still see nothing, double-check the spelling of your account email on the Account page (when available) — typos are the #1 cause.

Not at this time — the course is self-paced and designed to be complete on its own. That said, if you hit a specific roadblock while going through the lessons, email us. We read every message and often answer with personalized advice.
